"Deck The Halls with Lots of Classics" is based on Paul Edwards' popular piano piece which bears the same name. This transcription combines ideas from classical music themes with the well known Christmas tune "Deck the Halls" . Starting with a theme from Prokofiev and ending with the opening motif from the Beethoven 5th, this piece will be enjoyed by all. Of course, this selection also has value as a music education tool. However, it is mostly fun to play and fun to listen to! It makes a terrific opener or short concert piece for the Christmas season.
