This piece was commissioned by Choristers Guild as a tribute to all youth affected by the American tragedy on September 11, 2001. The text, written by R. G. Huff, provides comfort and reassurance that "God is our fortress and defense against any power" and that we will again "stand as strong, tall towers." The SAT(B) voicing makes the anthem quite accessible for any youth choir, but is just as suitable for adult choirs.
